Shoot for the Skies PSA Video Contest

On October 15, Illinois Partners for Clean Air launched the Shoot for the Skies PSA Video Contest for Chicago area high school students in the Illinois counties of Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry and Will. Students currently enrolled in grades 9-12 (public, private or home school) are invited to write, direct and produce their own Public Service Announcement (PSA) Video utilizing their talent, creativity and inspiration to educate the general public about Chicago area air quality and voluntary actions to improve air quality. 

Winning entries' schools will receive a monetary prize to be used for a "green project" at the school.  Participants/contributors will also receive Award Ribbons.

1st Place Prize:  $3,000 monetary prize.  The 1st Place entry may be used in future Illinois Partners for Clean Air media campaigns.

2nd Place Prize:  $2,000 monetary prize.

3rd Place Prize:  $1,000 monetary prize.

Deadline for submission is March 15, 2013 at 5:00 PM

PSA video submissions are not complete until required documentation, Official Entry Form(s) and Talent Release and Waiver Form(s), are completed, signed, and received by Illinois Partners for Clean Air. Required documentation may be mailed to:
